At Luckockos, we’re committed to helping every woman look and feel her best with premium-quality wigs. If you have any issues with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team — we aim to respond within 24 hours.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our Customer Care team.

Note: Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.


2. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused products within 30 days of receipt.

2.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Because our products come into direct contact with the scalp, used wigs cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Get Return Address We’ll provide the return address once your return is approved.
3. Refund Issuance Refund will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
