At Luckockos, we’re committed to helping every woman look and feel her best with premium-quality wigs. If you have any issues with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team — we aim to respond within 24 hours.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our Customer Care team.
Note: Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused products within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be in original condition
Hair must be uncut, unbleached, and uncolored
Lace must be untouched (no cutting or trimming)
The item must not show signs of use or wear
Because our products come into direct contact with the scalp, used wigs cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
For returns where Luckockos is not at fault, a fixed fee of $12 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and restocking.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval.
Please note: processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. If the original card has expired, please contact your bank or card issuer.
